Be yourself well. Hello, I'm Michael Whitmore. I bring over 30 years experience of working in health and wellbeing. You'll feel heard and understood, gaining tools and new approaches. We work through things happening and beliefs, feelings and thoughts that don't feel right or are keeping you stuck or upset somehow. I've also worked in leadership roles in global corporate organisations and across public sector settings. I'm a Wellbeing Research Leader, especially workplace wellbeing. I also offer support and advice on Long COVID. Visit me or meet me online at my practice in Cavendish Square, situated where Harley Street begins.
Sometimes it's the behaviours of other's that bring people to therapy or an onset of thinking or doing things that weren't happening or being felt by you before. Sometimes it's just that people need some space to think and talk things over in an increasingly busy and complicated world. We look at how you form the world and the world that forms around you.
Clients I have worked with include those dealing with feelings of anxiety, anger, exhaustion, burnout or depression. I have recent lived experience of a 3-year full recovery from Long COVID. Just call me for a no obligation initial chat, check my website where it has a lot more information about me and the way I practice, or get in touch by email.
