I have experience of working with depression, relationship issues, anxiety and bereavement, as well as working with suicidal thoughts and self harm. My experience has been gained in a community setting, employee assistance programmes, private practice and working in post primary schools.
My practice is a professional, non-judgemental and confidential place. A space where you can safely identify where you feel change needs to be made and explore your journey up until this point, at your own pace. In listening attentively, I will support you through understanding underlying issues, making sense of this and integrating parts of the self.
