There is a broad spectrum of reasons why people seek and can benefit from counselling. In superivision I apply Person-Centred core conditions with an emphasis on the seven-eyed model to raise awareness and facilitate development

I believe the therapeutic process, works best when these human qualities are present in the therapeutic relationship; consequently, my clients tell me they value my 'realness'.
