With over 25 years experience working as a therapist and my own life challenges, I am still continually stretching myself and increasing my knowledge and skills, for the benefit of my clients. My passion and purpose in life is to challenge my own mind and passing that knowledge and experience on, helping you to do the same and ultimately feeling able to handle anything that happens in life, even through difficult times. Issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, fears, etc. are quite common in these times and together we may be able to help you with strategies and clear understanding at a deeper level, enabling you to progress.
I believe the best person to understand and help deal with anxiety and trauma is someone who has experienced these, and I have. Over the last 25 years I have continually trained and have a Masters and BSc degree in Counselling and I use very effective Hypnotherapeutic techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques and most of all, how to listen to you.
From my experience, the most important thing if you are going through difficult issues, is that someone hears you and understands what you are saying. Once we both understand the heart of the problem, our work becomes more effective and your self-knowledge, self-awareness and ability to deal with things grows with the type of therapy I can offer you.
