Hello, I'm Michael, a BACP-accredited therapist and counsellor offering face-to-face and remote sessions, by phone or video call. I use the person-centred approach to therapy, one of the main approaches taught and used in the UK. I've worked with many clients experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, shame, grief and many of the other emotional difficulties of life. I offer a free introductory call, so you can get a better sense of how it might be to work with me. This is also a chance to let me know more about your situation, if you'd like to, and find out how therapy might help you.
I work with and support people experiencing a wide range of issues. These include depression, anxiety and stress, low self-esteem, anger, addiction, sadness, and coping with family issues, separation and divorce, and many other problems. My approach provides a compassionate relationship in which to safely explore and recover from emotional suffering.
