I have helped people solve problems all my professional life. Case management companies, psychological agencies, private clinics (including a Harley Street practice) have all referred to me - time and again - with client's experiencing stress, depression, fatigue and trauma. Quite frankly, they have only kept coming back to me because I have a strong track record of helping people get better - both mentally and emotionally. I am now offering this same service to private clients via 'Psychology Today'.
I believe the trick is to be very clear in identifying a person's goals, and what psychological recovery 'looks like' for that individual. One recent example was a client whose trauma-related flashbacks had plagued them for nearly 50 years; happily, I can report that I was able to help them end this distress in just a few, focused sessions.
As a husband and father of five daughters/step daughters - I fully appreciate how life can knock you completely sideways at times; and how difficult it can feel when trying to stand up again.
