Hi, my name is Michael and I am a fully trained, registered counsellor (MBACP) (MNCPS). I have many years of experience working with caring roles and addiction. If you are struggling with issues of anxiety, feeling low and unmotivated for life, trapped in addiction or finding a caring role especially difficult, then I am here to help. I offer face to face, telephone or online sessions, which provides a range of options for those with busy lives. First and foremost, I offer a safe and confidential space in which you can explore any issue which is causing you difficulty in life, which in turn can help you live life with more freedom.
I am extremely passionate about the therapeutic process and how it can help you to live with more freedom in life. My approach to therapy is a blend of solution focussed work, built upon a foundation of a supportive, person-centred environment. I specialise in the areas of addiction, depression, anxiety and those who find themselves in caring roles.
