Many thanks for reaching out to to me. I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist and offer telephone, online and face to face sessions. I have been very privileged and humbled in recent years working with individuals like yourself, in appreciating the issues and problems that you have to contend with, especially during these current trying times. I will embark on a journey with you in a supportive, safe and confidential manner. There will be times when we will share tears, laughter, silence, challenging situations and so on. Whatever happens during our developing therapeutic relationship, I will be there for you.
I work with individuals from all walks of life, across all ages and diversities, which has given me the unenviable position to appreciate what people are going through, such as suffering from the lost of a loved one, struggling with an ongoing illness to fighting and coping with an addiction. I'm not here to advise you but more importantly to understand you
My aim is to work with you on the telephone, on-line or face to face.
