I work with people who are stuck and want to get moving again in some area of their lives. They can be stuck for many reasons, but commonly this is anxiety, depression or life events, including the death of someone close, the loss of a job or illness, to name a few. To address these challenges, I offer a space and time to explore what is bothering you, what the best thing to focus on right now is, and how we can work together to get things moving again.
I work integratively, which means that I have a toolkit of approaches that we choose from, guided by where the source of your problems lie, e.g. if you believe you have several parts of you that argue internally, we may run an experiment to make the conversations explicit so we can examine the internal conflict and negotiate a way forward.
