It may be you find yourself feeling anxious or depressed, experienced a grief or loss of a relationship. You may be struggling with something that has come up in your personal life or find yourself still affected by something that may have happened a long time ago. On top of all my training and client work I have had a lot of life experience and I bring this all into our sessions so I can see and hear you fully. It may be that you feel so overwhelmed you don't know really where to start, or that the words just don't come so easily. In whatever place you find yourself I am ready and able to meet you wherever you are emotionally.

I believe that what we have not resolved in our lives, comes back and 'plays out' in our everyday. I also believe that working in the 'now' of how you are feeling is the way to explore the difficult aspects of your life. I use an integration of Gestalt and Person Centred approaches. I am developing my work with PTSD / Trauma and Inner Child work

Every client seeking counselling hopes for some kind of change but change can be a difficult and at times painful process. We often struggle to be our 'authentic selves', I aim to provide a safe space for you to explore without judgement, to grow in self-awareness and resilience.
