Therapy can help you make sense of difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and support you in finding greater clarity, understanding, and emotional balance.
I work primarily with adults and also with young people aged 15+. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, bereavement, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with adult survivors of CSA and sexual trauma, offering sensitive, carefully paced, and respectful therapeutic support
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework. I trained with Inter-Psyche, whose programmes are delivered in partnership with Kent and Medway NHS services. My work is grounded in ethical practice, professional standards, and ongoing reflective development.
