Hello, my name is Michael and I am a Therapist, Life Coach and a Mental Health and Inclusion Speaker.
My own lived experience informed my passion for supporting others to navigate life's challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.
I have worked with a range of different clients, businesses and charities with extensive experience working with with bereavement, addiction, anxiety, depression and relationships as well as with the LGBTQIA+ community.
My work saw me nominated for a National Diversity Award in 2023 under the category of LGBT Role Model.
I work in an Integrative way meaning I believe that every client is unique and may therefore need different things from therapy. I have an openness to a variety of different therapies so that I am able to support you in a way which works best for you. I commonly use Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.
