With more than 20 years’ experience working in the NHS, I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and complexity. I have a great deal of experience in health psychology, including: cancer care, weight management including obesity (i.e. emotional eating; binge eating), low self-esteem, anxiety and depression as well as living with ill health and adjusting to life following injury, including brain injury, palliative care, bereavement and improving health.
