I help survivors of relational trauma, like you, achieve peace within themselves and peace throughout their lives. I support you to let go of old pain, fall in love with yourself and form safe and soulful relationships with others. I use a magical mix of somatic practices. My work is slow, because the fastest way is slow, inward, because the only way forward is inward, and gentle, because the most powerful way is gentle.
