Every now and then life puts in front of us some obstacles that can be difficult to overcome without support. I am a person centered counsellor trained to help my clients work through their problems. Together we can explore the root cause of the behaviour or issues and focus on healing and moving forward. I can use several different modalities to help you along the way and keep you focused on what really matters.
My role as a counsellor and therapist is to support you and enable you to explore many aspects of your life and feelings, by providing a safe space where you can talk openly and freely without the fear of bias and judgement. Someone neutral, but on your side, someone to hold you whilst you strengthen up to hold yourself again.
