You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or disconnected from yourself, even if things appear fine on the outside. I work with people who are experiencing stress, emotional tension, or a sense of being stuck, and are looking for a deeper, more embodied way of understanding themselves. Somatic psychotherapy supports you to slow down, reconnect with your body and begin to gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.
My work is body-based and trauma-informed, combining somatic psychotherapy and biodynamic massage. We explore how emotions and experiences are held in the body, supporting regulation, awareness, and a greater sense of grounding and connection.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you’re curious about this approach or wondering if it might be right for you, you’re welcome to reach out.

Biodynamic psychotherapy works with both body and mind. Sessions may include talking, gentle awareness of sensations, breath, movement, images, deep relaxation and biodynamic massage when appropriate. The work is slow and respectful, focusing on releasing deeply held experiences, layer by layer, allowing healing and integration to emerge.
