I’m passionate about helping you to find your way back to your primary core and a state of true well-being. If you’re feeling anxious, out of balance, stressed, or dealing with physical symptoms like body aches and muscle tension, or unresolved emotions, Biodynamic psychotherapy can be beneficial. It is based on the understanding that your body and mind are deeply interconnected. Together, we’ll explore this connection, helping you gain clarity on your inner experiences and recognize your true needs.
My approach is based on warmth and compassion with a focus on body-mind integration. I combine talking, exploring body sensations, relaxation, movement and Biodynamic massage to address the individual needs. My aim is to create a deeply receptive and attuned space where you can safely navigate your experiences, gain understanding, and fully integrate them.
If what you’ve read resonates and sparks your curiosity, this work could be beneficial for you. I invite you to reach out to discuss it further.
