I am a Child and Young Person Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, accredited with British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP).
I am passionate about improving mental health and specialise in supporting children and young people.
I have over 20 years experience in working with children and young people in education and in the NHS within Hampshire CAMHS Mental Health Support Teams.
I support individuals between the ages of 8 and 18 years old to overcome and manage emotional and behavioural symptoms of anxiety and depression.
I can help with a wide range of emotional and behavioural symptoms including:
