My approach is relational, integrative and holistic, drawing from person-centred, existential, transpersonal and parts-work (IFS) traditions. I offer a compassionate space to explore your experiences with curiosity and care, supporting emotional wellbeing, creativity and inner resilience.

I support you to feel seen, understood and guided toward post-traumatic growth, embodiment and self-discovery.
