Hello, I work with people who are seeking support around trauma and fostering post-traumatic growth in their lives. My practice is based on the values of kindness, integrity, co-creation and holism. I can hold space for you to process feelings of sadness, hope, fear, rage, grief and gratitude as you navigate the journey in reclaiming your voice, body, autonomy and identity to find meaning and purpose again in your life.
I offer a holistic, person-centred service combining traditional talking methods with somatic and creative approaches. I have a beautiful space on the edge of the Peak District in Marsden where we can explore through talking, somatic awareness, breathwork and/or creatively with the abundance of creative materials in the space e.g. paint, pastels, clay.
I offer face-to-face, online, phone or walk & talk sessions. I can support you to connect to your process at a pace and depth that feels right for you. I welcome any questions you may have and offer a free consultation for you to feel into whether working together is right for you.
