Hi I'm Melissa. If you experience PTSD, Childhood Trauma, Sexual Abuse/Assault, Anxiety, Depression or Low self esteem, I hope to help you to process the trauma, learn to build and maintain relationships with yourself and others, revive a positive view of yourself and to provide a space for you to talk and feel heard.
Coming to a space that feels contained and safe, you can explore the experiences and journey that's brought you to this point and start to find ways to continue moving forward. For most of my career I've advocated for and championed the cause of raising awareness of violence towards women and girls.
I strongly believe that feeling heard and being seen as a person in your own right with access to kindness, compassion and permission to heal can be the starting point to achieving wellness. Reach out to have an initial chat to see how it goes, finding a therapist who best meets your needs can make all the difference.
