Welcome to my profile! I strongly believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and should be treated as so. I am here to support you through the obstacles that you may be facing.
Counselling has helped me through my own issues with binge eating disorder, anxiety, depression, and ASD. I now enjoy my role as an accredited counsellor helping others through their own issues. I am able to work with individuals aged 16+ in Liverpool and across the UK. In the first session we will begin to explore your issues and how you want to approach them in further sessions.
Counselling involves talking through your issues. It works by providing a safe, accepting, and confidential space where you can explore what is going on in your life without any judgement. It can help by allowing you to talk freely, increasing self-awareness, and helping you to find what you need whether that be acceptance or making changes.
I understand that everyone’s experience is different so we can progress at a rate that is comfortable for you. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
