As an Integrative Counsellor I work using a range of therapeutic models, tailoring our work to suit your individual needs. I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma both in childhood & as adults, including supporting survivors of sexual, physical & emotional abuse. I have also supported those within the Arts for many years.
