I help individuals with a wide range of issues, I work with addiction (gambling, porn, spending, internet, drugs, and alcohol). Some people choose to address specific areas (assertiveness, anger, relationship difficulties, career issues, bereavement etc) Also, I provide therapy services tailored to individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum.
In our first session, you'll find a welcoming space to share your challenges. I understand that starting therapy can feel a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to listen, support, and guide you through it. Together, we'll explore the type of therapy that best suits your needs.
