About
As an individual or within a relationship, sometimes life can feel really difficult. Whether it's a temporary phase, distress in overcoming a difficult experience or unresolved problems from the past, we have all, at some point in our lives and relationships, experienced difficulty in understanding and making sense of our lives. This can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, angry or frustrated and questioning our ability or our confidence to cope. Counselling has many benefits and over time can help you make sense of feelings and difficulties leading to greater self awareness.
Everyone is different and working with you as an individual or as part of a couple I aim to offer a safe and confidential setting for you to explore emotions and difficulties that may be impacting on your life. I am an Integrative counselor, which means I work by blending different theories and approaches to counseling.
Working with individuals and couples I consider the relationship between the counsellor and the clients to be essential to the therapeutic process and my principle concern is you - your emotional and psychological well being and how I might best support you through all that you are currently experiencing.
