Using an integrative approach, I will tailor an approach specific to YOUR needs. Supporting you as explore where you're at, the way you relate to others, your thoughts, emotions, ways of coping, why you to feel this way, and together navigate you through this journey of self-discovery to empower you to bring about change
I work from nice comfortable rooms in London E2 & Harold Wood, and also online. Choosing the right therapist and having that connection is important, so I offer each of my clients an initial free 15 min telephone call.
