I am an accredited CBT psychotherapist. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy offers a valuable approach towards beneficial change. I have undertaken training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer private & confidential psychotherapy, in-person and online, for adults aged 17 and over.
