Sessions are client led and consequently will focus on issues important to you. Through this process my purpose is to enhance your sense of well being by assisting you in becoming more conscious of your unconscious thoughts and motivations that impact upon everyday behavior.
Should you wish to discuss issues of spirituality within your session, this will be incorporated. My Christian faith is important to me and though I welcome discussion of related issues, I do not impose my own beliefs onto any client and respect each person's individual right to their own beliefs.
