Life can be accompanied with stress and difficulties that can often leave you struggling to cope daily. Counselling provides support to people, allowing them to share these experiences in a comfortable, safe space in order to gain understanding and live a more fulfilled life.
I use an integrative approach, meaning I have experience working in various therapeutic ways. I particularly lean towards the person-centred approach, additionally, I also draw upon cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, as this can help clients along the journey of their therapeutic process.
I offer a safe, empathic, non-judgemental environment to work together in confidentiality. Giving you the space to talk freely regarding issues that are affecting you and explore them within the therapy. I treat each client as a unique individual and therefore adapt the therapy to the needs of the client and in a way that best suits them.
