I offer online and face-to-face therapy for adults, children & young people, couples and families. It is important to find the right therapist for you. The therapeutic space is a safe , non-judgemental place to explore yourself, your needs, your wants and where those come from and how they affect your life. People seek therapy for many reasons, these can include changes in relationships, jobs, bereavement, anxiety or depression or just a desire to get to know yourself better.
I work with both adults and children in an integrative way. This means we work to your personal needs and goals together, using a variety of techniques that suit you but that are backed by research. With children this often takes the form of therapeutic play and I encourage adult client to explore expressing their thoughts via creative strategies too.
I have worked in the voluntary sector within schools and charities supporting a variety of clients for several years and set up in Private Practice in 2012.
