I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, supervisor and tutor, and offer a range of therapies to suit client’s needs. I work with individuals and couples on a short and long-term basis, online and face to face from my private practice. I am passionate about psychotherapy and believe that it enables people to make meaning out of their problems so that they can take informed decisions about what they want to do to bring about change in their lives. I have undergone extensive and rigorous psychotherapy training, I have a Diploma in Counselling and over 30 years’ experience of working in health, including 20 years of hospice experience.
People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. Some want specific support following a bereavement, relationship issues, work issues, anxiety, depression, gender concerns or low self-esteem. Other people feel generally overwhelmed with the challenges that life brings. I offer an initial free consultation where you can see how you experience working with me.
