I specialise in trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship or family difficulties. My approach goes beyond simply understanding problems on an intellectual level. I believe deeper healing happens when we work with the emotional and bodily impact of our experiences, not just the thoughts around them. I help clients understand and break free from deeper patterns that keep them stuck and affect their relationships and wellbeing.
