I'm passionate about helping you work on the things getting in the way of living the life you want. I'm used to working with a range of complex difficulties, like anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders and relationship difficulties. It’s important that you can feel safe with me, and I have an affirming approach to therapy, particularly around gender, sexuality and neurodivergence. I love working with individuals and couples who are in non-heteronormative and non-monogamous relationships and are looking for a safe, accepting space to explore dynamics and difficulties.
As an integrative, person-centred psychologist, I work using a range of approaches, tailored to your needs. Sometimes this is a CBT, but drawing on other models such as acceptance & commitment, compassion focused or schema therapy. Sometimes this is EMDR, but where we can focus on relationships and attachment. We'll figure this out together.
