Integrative means that I can use different counselling techniques such as Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT, this allows me to provide therapy that is best suited to your individual needs. I work with adults and children with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, low self esteem, grief, trauma, family/relationship dynamic and the general struggles we can all face from time to time
