I provide specialist support to children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with their mental health. I primarily work with people aged 11-25 years. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support young people who may be struggling with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, low self-esteem, phobias or panic attacks.
I provide a compassionate and collaborative space for young people who are struggling. I offer face to face or virtual support to clients. The main therapeutic models I use are: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Systemic Family Therapy. I also offer specialist CBT supervision to professionals.
