I am a qualified Couples, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. I trained in the NHS and now work online nationwide and in-person in Clapham Junction. Challenges in our sexual and intimate lives can feel hard to talk about. My commitment is to create a warm, confidential and compassionate space where you feel heard, seen and understood without fear of judgement or shame. We may look to the past to understand what has led to this point, but also focus on the present and what you want for the future.
It can feel uncomfortable talking about your sex and relationship difficulties, and while our discussions may present challenges, I will navigate them with guidance, empathy, and sometimes a little humour. Helping you to see change and overcome your sexual and relationship challenges, so you can move towards a more joyful sex life and connected relationship.
