I am a supportive and empathetic therapist; who provides a safe, non judgemental environment for clients to explore their difficulties. I believe that the experience of sharing difficult feelings; of being 'heard' and not judged can be liberating and empowering. Counselling can help you understand why you think, feel and act like you do and help you create a new design for living.
I have experienced my fair share of life changing difficulties and in 2007 believe that I was given a second chance of life. From this; I became passionate about helping others overcoming their difficulties and helping them to achieve their full potential.
I offer flexible appointments; evenings and weekends; with discounted rates for students, pensioners or those on a low income or unemployed. I also offer home visits for those clients who would otherwise be unable to attend appointments. I am also qualified as a Supervisor for other therapists.
