I am Chartered (Academic) Psychologist teaching Applied Clinical Psychology at a University in the North West. I am Accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (BABCP) and EMDR (EMDR UK). I work with adults and children with anxiety and depressive conditions such as generalised anxiety, OCD, phobias and panic attacks. I also work with people who have suffered from trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have also written over 25 psychology books published by reputable publishing houses like Hodder, Little Brown etc.
I use CBT and EMDR therapies to help adults and children with a range of conditions. My speciality is trauma. I can work online (which works really well) and in person (costs a bit more!) and am happy to have a chat with you by email or phone to check we are the right fit!
