Counselling in ME16
Hello, I’m a fully qualified, BACP-registered counsellor based in Kent. If you’re here, you may be considering counselling - often the hardest first step. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, perhaps coping on the outside but struggling within, or feeling unsure of yourself or your direction. I offer a warm, calm, confidential space where you can talk openly without judgement. I work both online across the UK and in person in Kings Hill. We’ll work at your pace, using an approach tailored to you, helping you make sense of your experiences, build self-awareness, and find a more balanced, manageable way forward.

We all struggle at times and feel hard to find a way forward. When our minds won’t stop racing and we can’t find a way to move forward. I’m here to support you through these times. I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space, for you to share and explore what’s going on for you. Together we can look at making positive changes to make things more manageable. I work in a humanistic way, using an integrative style by adapting my therapy to what suits your needs. This could range from working on things in the present to working on trauma that has affected you from childhood.

Helping make sense of your world. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or struggling to make sense of life right now?
Perhaps you’re finding it hard to trust your own judgment, struggling with low self-esteem, or carrying the impact of a negative or abusive relationship. If so, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to face it alone either.
As a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor, I offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Sessions are available via telephone, online video, or live chat (Teams) — whichever feels best for you.
