I work with anxiety, depression, stress, panic and anything which is making you feel unhappy, to identify the root of the problem and resolve it to help you to become a more contented version of you. We can work online, face to face, or we can walk and talk. I have been specialising in relationships and couples for over half of my career, and I offer couples sessions in London & online. NEW! Saturday AM Slots Available: Couples and Relationship Counselling Specialist. I can help identify and resolve marital issues in a non-judgemental space to work on communication and difficulties. We can resolve those circular repeating arguments/issues together and work on moving forward.
