I am highly invested in promoting better mental health and have a lot of life experience aside from my counselling profession. As a consequence, I am a compassionate human being first and a skilled counsellor second.
My counselling approach is integrative so I can adapt my practice to best suit your individual needs. As a result my practice has a broad reach and I have successfully supported clients from the ages of 5 to 80 years old. Due to this I am constantly learning and can offer a comprehensive trauma informed service committed to you achieving your goals and future aspirations.
Sessions are available both online and in person (location dependant) and can also be conducted via Teams or on platforms such as Minecraft depending on your needs. This can be particularly helpful for neurodivergent and or younger clients who may struggle with direct engagement.
Through successfully supporting a diverse range of clients with varying issues I have developed an extensive toolkit designed to assist with our communication so your thoughts, ideas, and emotions are clear and understood providing us with clarity, accountability, and direction: so we can focus on you goals and future aspirations.
