In my counselling practice, I am deeply committed to the Person-centred approach, focusing on empathetic understanding to support individual growth. I prioritise creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can openly share and reflect on their experiences. As an actor, I'm also passionate about supporting fellow actors' mental well-being, drawing from my own experiences in the industry to help others navigate its challenges in a healthy way.
A pivotal aspect of my approach involves empowering individuals to progress at their own pace and discover their solutions. While delving into our past experiences is valuable, I equally emphasise addressing the here-and-now moment when individuals are grappling with feelings of concern, anxiety, stress, sadness, grief, Bereavement, and Depression.
We can arrange our first session by telephone, email, or text at a time that suits you best—daytime or evening. For online sessions, I will email you a Zoom link. If it's a telephone session, I will call you at the agreed-upon time. If we meet face-to-face, just ring the bell at the venue, and you'll be given access to the reception area.
