If you are going through something that seems too overwhelming or difficult, therapy can be a tool to offer support.
I have experience in working with adults and young people 16+ from all cultural backgrounds with a diverse range of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and low self - esteem.
As an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist I am trained in three modalities: CBT, Person - centred Approach and Attachment theory. Enabling me to work with you holistically and tailored to your needs. Working with these three modalities provides flexibility in exploring your past experiences, the present, healing and hope for the future.
