I provide an open, warm and confidential space which enables clients to explore issues, which may have been difficult to deal with alone. I view therapy as an individual process and a journey of self discovery that create an opportunity to become aware of inner conflicts and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. I recognise that there is not one approach to therapy that will suit everyone. Hence, I incorporate integrative approach that means I can adapt therapy to each client and their individual needs. I can offer help and have worked with people struggling with a range of conditions including depression, anxiety or adjustment.
Over last 15 years, I acquired comprehensive experience of specialist psychological assessment, interventions and support clients with complex emotional needs such as severe depression, anxiety, stress, low -self-esteem or abuse, but also relationship and personality difficulties. I specialise in providing support to individuals experiencing health problems.
