I am an experienced consultant with over 20 years practice in the NHS supporting adults experiencing the impacts of trauma / PTSD, OCD, paranoia, anxiety, panic, workplace stress, depression, moral injury, burnout or combinations of the above. I have considerable experience working with healthcare and emergency service colleagues, and with leaders in all sectors. I am passionate about providing accessible, jargon-free, high quality, evidence-based psychological interventions, supporting my clients to overcome psychological wellbeing difficulties and move forwards with their lives with confidence.
Your time in therapy with me will be a safe, non-judgemental space, allowing you to explore, make links, express emotions and talk about the things that might be difficult to talk about in everyday life. I work using very well established psychological models, so it is likely that you will see some benefit even if you feel your problems are complex.
