Hello my name is May. I am a widely experienced and accredited professional psychotherapist who is passionate about mental health, working both privately and in the NHS since 2013. Initially I offer a 20min free informal phone call to discuss your current concerns and answer any questions you may have. But whatever your individual background and circumstances, psychotherapy can help you develop greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of your relationship with others, face some difficult thoughts and feelings, feel less overwhelmed by your concerns and fears, and support you in making choices and decisions.
I provide an empathetic and non-judgemental environment where we can work together to identify and explore the issues that are causing you concern. I specialise in anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions and loss, personality and attachment difficulties, issues from the past and am experienced in working with neurodiversity.
