My work is primarily informed by Transactional Analysis (TA), a clear and insightful approach that can help you understand why you respond in certain ways and how earlier experiences may still be shaping your present. With greater awareness, you can begin to develop new choices, build healthier relationships, strengthen your sense of self and control.
