I am an experienced counsellor who is client led. I have worked across private, charitable, educational, and voluntary sectors with adults and young people. Some of the main issues I have helped my clients with include - loss, bereavement, anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, family dynamics, relationship issues, resilience, self-esteem, stress, and, work-life balance.
Together we can explore your background to see if any thoughts or behaviour patterns have led you to where you are today. I work integratively which means we will work collaboratively to discover the best way to help you process your issues and move forward with your life. You choose what is best for you.
As your counsellor, I aim to provide a safe, warm, genuine, nurturing, and confidential space for you to explore your feelings and emotions at a pace that is comfortable for you. I am keen to ensure that you get exactly what you need from therapy and achieve the most out of every session.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes. I ask for payment by bank transfer 24 hours before each session. I undertake an initial telephone assessment of 30 minutes - this is an opportunity for us to decide if we are the right fit to work together (this costs £20). More than one person is £60 per session.
