About
Experienced psychodynamic therapist working in private practice and the NHS with emotional and relational difficulties that contribute to depression and anxiety. I deliver both short and long-term therapy within individual and group contexts. In private practice I also see children and adolescents whose needs include developmental, communication and emotional difficulties as well as autism.
I have completed clinical trainings at the Anna Freud Centre, the International Centre for Arts Psychotherapies and the Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Centre, acquiring expertise in psychotherapeutic approaches, including Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) and Mentalisation- Based Therapy (MBT).
