Hi, I am Max ( Qualified Person Centred Therapist) and I know from my own experience, that life can sometimes be a struggle. Events and experiences can leave us feeling lost, isolated or directionless . At such times, reaching out for help can feel very difficult and it is important that your search leads you to someone you feel you can trust . Counselling is an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings ,which might be affecting many different areas of your life. With careful and empathic listening, I endeavour to support you in finding your own way through what is often too complex and difficult to manage alone.
I offer one-to-one counselling in a supportive space where together we can explore both your past and present experiences. I understand how difficult it can be to make that first step. The counselling I provide is non-judgemental and confidential, I offer a calm place where we can work work collaboratively, to find solutions to your personal issues.
The way I work, which is non-directive, allows you, the client, to explore your concerns in a safe and accepting environment. Through this process, people can deepen their self awareness, feel more self-accepting and become more empowered in their lives.
