I often work with people who are coming to terms with past trauma, or who are unsatisfied with their lives. Perhaps you find yourself repeating the same patterns over and over, or perhaps you struggle to identify and express your feelings.
I offer an open minded space to think together and understand what is happening for you, and how you might go about changing things. I am interested in the ways in which our environment affects us, and pay attention to the impact of class, racialisation, disability, migration status, gender, etc.
I work with all kinds of people, including lgbtq+ people, and I am trans affirmative.
I'm a relational psychodynamic therapist, and I work with adults and couples. I have particular experience with non-monogamy and alternative relationship styles. I work a lot with addiction, low self esteem, and childhood trauma. I offer a non-judgemental space to make sense of the issues you are facing, with a mix of understanding and gentle challenge.
If you're interested in exploring therapy with me, I offer an extended 90 minute assessment session at a reduced rate (£50) so that we have enough time to see if we're a good fit. This can be in person in London Bridge or New Cross, or online.
